Probity was established in 2001 by our Managing Director, Barry Carruth, when he identified a need in the marketplace for an independent, pragmatic, and ethical consultancy service. The company continues to be New Zealand owned and operated. Whilst we are small enough to offer a bespoke, personalised approach to clients, we are also large enough to employ some of the best people in the market and to move swiftly. We are a management consultancy by definition, but we pride ourselves on being a delivery company, improving performance through people, process and technology.
