Michael leads our Robotic Process Automation team, is an IT strategist and Solutions Architect with a background in complex projects, and has been assessing and delivering various software solutions for the last 25 years.
His expertise includes strategic planning at the wider corporate level as well as information systems strategic planning.
Michael is comfortable developing and managing projects to budget, communicating and coordinating tasks and managing deliverables to timeframes. He possesses excellent client facing skills and has the ability to set and manage expectations. The normal skills of requirements gathering, fit and gap analysis, design, managing change and solving complex business problems are a given. In addition, his experience includes evaluation, selection and implementation of a wide range of business application solutions.
Large-scale IT projects, by nature, involve organisation and process change and Michael has considerable experience in applying processes and management techniques to progress business change. Michael is politically aware and has excellent communication skills. His experience has been gained working at all levels of business – he has the ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and understand the impact of the issue and solution on all levels of a business.
In his spare time, Michael likes to ski, sail and scuba dive.
